For over 50 years at Maley Family Dental, we have been providing expert, state-of-the-art dental care to the Sylvania community and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing compassionate and personalized dental services, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Dr. Matthew Maley was born and raised in Sylvania, Ohio; and graduated from Northview High School. He earned his business degree from Defiance College. In 2005, Dr. Maley received his dental degree from the University of Detroit. Following in his father’s footsteps, Dr. Maley has been practicing dentistry for twenty years.

Since earning his DDS, Dr. Maley has thoroughly committed himself to furthering his education. He has completed courses through Spear Dental Education Midwest Implant Institute and Dawson Academy. He is also a member of the Toledo Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Maley has traveled to Honduras multiple times to provide free dentistry to underprivileged communities.

Dr. Maley and his wife, Renee, reside in Sylvania. They have three children. He and his family enjoy traveling, lake time, skiing and Michigan football.

Dr. Les Crawford grew up in Sylvania, Ohio and is a graduate of St. John’s Jesuit high school. He currently lives in Sylvania with his wife and three children. Dr. Crawford enjoys spending his free time with his family playing golf, or watching Ohio State football. Dr. Crawford is a general dentist, board-certified by the state of Ohio. He earned his DDS and bachelors degree in microbiology from THE Ohio State University.

Since graduating he has completed numerous continuing education courses, including an implant externship curriculum with Midwest implant Institute. Dr. Crawford loves taking courses to stay current with the best technology and techniques, in order to provide optimal dental care. Dr. Crawford shares the Maley Family Dental philosophy of compassionate care and treating all patients like he would want his own family treated. He is known for being friendly, gentle, and professional.
